After 3 glorious years, this unique cafe with the unlikely theme of waffles and kitties closed due to lingering pandemic challenges.
“It was an adventure of a lifetime running one of the first Cat cafes in NC. We have so many great memories and made so many life long friends and Allies in the rescue world. We helped find homes for almost 300 cats and kittens during our 3 years here. We hope Waffles and Whiskers Cat Cafe will not be gone forever. We look forward to one day opening a new location once life returns to a somewhat pre-covid state.
