Iowa is home to two outstanding cat cafes! Coffee Cats debuted in West Des Moines in 2020 as the state’s first cat cafe and reigns as the longest running cafe in the state. Iowa City gained its first cat cafe with the opening of the Kitty Corner Social Club in early 2025.
