First Tarrant County Cat Cafe
The first Tarrant County cat cafe is here! In fact the Casual Cat Cafe is nearing its second anniversary as a popular cat enthusiast destination in Richland Hills.
The founders are a husband and wife “cat saving team” who have fostered well over a hundred cats before the notion of opening the Casual Cat. In bringing the cat cafe experience to Richland Hills, The Casual Cat Cafe creates a home-like environment for cats while they look for permanent homes. Cafe goers can play and sit with the cats in a relaxed setting, and possibly fall in love! Cats and humans avoid stressful “adoption events” while enjoying the cats-first environment. The Casual Cat Cafe is partnering with several local groups, including Richland Hills Animal Service, Hurst Animal Service, and Tall Tails Rescue & Transport.
